Q: Where will we workout?

A: Usually in your home.  Our sessions can be in person or virtual (by phone or online). We can also meet at a track or park on occasion to walk or a pool to do aqua exercise for a change of pace.​

Q: Do I need to have an in home gym or lots of equipment?

A: No! I have been doing this a long time and am very creative. You'll be surprised how little I can work with. You'll want to start with a few weights and/or bands and we can add on as needed. If you DO have an in home gym, that's great too! Let me show you new ways to use what you already have.

Q: What specialty populations do you have experience with?

A: I have experience working with clients who are over/under weight, pregnant, elderly; post surgery -- hip/knee replacement, mastectomy, rotator cuff injury;  medical complications: diabetes, celiac disease, fibromyalgia, high/low blood pressure, suppressed immune system, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

Q: Will I need a physician's release?

A: Anyone over the age of 50 or currently under a doctor's care for a medical condition will need a release. It's really no problem. Your doctor wants you to exercise and is asked to sign releases all the time.

​Q:How and when do I pay? 

A: During the last week of each month we will set up the schedule for the following month. At that time you will pay by cash or check for the coming month.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes! 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As a professional courtesy, any sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be credited to your account to be used the following month. Every effort will be made to reschedule sessions cancelled with less notice during the current month to prevent loss of the session.

 Q: Do you teach yoga anywhere to the public?

A: Yes. If you are a resident of Havelock and 50 years old or over, you can attend my yoga class at the Senior Center on Trader Avenue in Havelock on Thursdays at 10:45am.  This is chair yoga however you have the option of spending portions of the class doing standing postures.  Special attention is paid to issues affecting a mature population. We'd love to have you join us.
